Our pitch arm broke. How do you measure the support arm for length? Not sure if we need 63 or 69.

Sorry to hear that! You will want to go over to the other side and measure the one that isn't broken. If the pitch arm is 33" then you'll need the Replacement Pitch Arm Assembly for Solera XL 63" Flat Awning Support Arm - Black # LC67VR you were looking at.

If it measures 31-1/2" then you have a 69" Long Support Arms and need item # LC375994.

Either way you will also need the Replacement Retaining Washer for Solera RV Awning Pitch Arm item # LC431583 to replace your broken one.

Hi Jared, Is there any way you or someone can tell me the measurements from bolt hole to bolt hole? I think I need the 33” but just want to make sure and when I called, no one could tell me these measurements. On the one I have, the smaller section of the pitch arm, from bolt to bolt, its like 8” and on the longer section, it’s about 23”. On the longer section, there are two bolt holes on the one side and in measure, I measure the two that were closest to each other, not the last bolt hole. If that makes sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kerri

@Kerri I do not have the bolt hole to bolt hole dimensions. If you're just replacing the pitch arm all you need to do is measure the entire arm from one end to the other to figure out which replacement you need. If the pitch arm is 33" then you'll need item # LC67VR. If it measures 31-1/2" you'll need item # LC375994.
