Before you roll out, a quick look at Curt’s color-coded indicator tells you exactly where things stand—red for uncoupled, yellow for ready to couple, and green for tow. The handle is easy to reach from the side and automatically resets after uncoupling, so you’re ready to hook back up without extra steps or second-guessing.
When you need clearance during slow turns, the non-binding S20 slider gives you 12" of fore/aft travel. It moves smoothly in both directions and automatically latches into place, helping prevent the trailer from contacting your cab during sharp maneuvers. The result is stress-free turning in tight spaces without leaving the driver’s seat more than once.
When it’s time to clear the bed for other uses, the fast 1-pin head removal makes it easy for one person to lift off the head and store it. Built-in zerk fittings make lubrication simple too, so when you’re ready to tow again everything moves freely and stays protected.

Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit for your Chevrolet and GMC trucks. Now this is a custom-fit part. It is designed to fit the 2011 to 2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 and 3500 trucks with either the six and a half foot bed or the eight foot bed and without the OEM prep package. Now on a custom-fit part like this, I do recommend for you to go to our website, use the Fit Guide, put in your year, model, vehicle.
It'll show if this will work for your application. Now these brackets here are designed to mount beneath your truck bed, and they provide the attachment points for your fifth-wheel rails to attach to. Now those base rails we do sell separate on our website. Does require the base rails, part number C16104, C16204, or C16205. Those rails will bolt to these mounting brackets.
Now these brackets here will provide a custom fit. They mount to existing holes that are in your vehicle's frame. You can see the holes right here in the sides. These holes will eliminate the need for drilling. Cuts the installation time in half when compared with universal bracket kits.
Now it does include all the necessary hardware to install this. Comes with a nice set of instructions that'll describe how it all goes together. And these parts have a nice black powder coat finish on to resist corrosion. And these brackets are designed to work with the industry-standard rails that are compatible with B&W, Curt, Draw-Tite, Reese, and Husky above-bed fifth-wheel trailer hitches. After a year and around 7,000 miles pulling our fifth wheel camper, I love the hitch. I have not had to use the sliding portion but glad we have it if we need it

Fantastic! I was able to install the entire kit by myself as soon as my hand allowed me to. Everything went together as it was supposed to. Ive only been able to tow my 5er a few times, but getting hitched up and unhitched is a breeze, even when the truck isnt straight on to the trailer. The hitch is totally silent, with no chucking at all. I was able to set it up so I had good cab clearance that I dont need to use the Turning Point feature on my pin box. I highly recommend this hitch.
