Will the rail kit work if you have goose neck already installed in bed

Although the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16411-204 is a fit for your 2011 GMC Sierra 2500/3500, if you already have a gooseneck trailer hitch installed it will not fit as they use the same bracket locations.

If you let me know what gooseneck hitch you have I can see if we have an adapter that will allow you to utilize a 5th wheel hitch though.

I have this same scenario with a Curt 60604 gooseneck hitch setup. Is there an adapter that'll work?

@JonC If your Curt 600 Series Gooseneck Installation Kit # C60604 has the Curt Double Lock Center Section # C60607 then you'll be able to use the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter # C16210 with a 5th wheel hitch that installs using the industry standard rails type. If you have the Quick Goose 2 or Underbed center section instead then I'm not seeing that we have an adapter for that. Let me know what the year/make/model is for your truck as well as the bed length and I can recommend a 5th wheel hitch as well if you don't already have one.
