The rails right here are compatible also with above bed fifth wheel trailer hitches by B & W, Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Husky, Reese, and Valley. The base rails is what provides the necessary mounting points for your fifth wheel hitch.
These mounting brackets right here, they do install beneath the truck bed to provide attachment points for your above bed base rails. They are custom fit brackets. They're designed to mount to the outside of your frame using existing holes in the vehicle's frame.
