The exact 5th wheel hitch set up you'll need will depend on and vary with the bed length of your truck.

For a 5-1/2 foot bed, you'll either need a stationary hitch along with a Reese Sidewinder or use a Demco Hijacker Autoslide, part # DM8550040 and install kit, part # DM8552027-71. The Autoslide is definitely the easier to use option, and would also be easier to install.

For a 6-1/2 foot bed, you'll still need a slider but you won't need as much travel as provided by the hitch mentioned above. I really like the Curt A16 sliding 5th wheel hitch, part # C16521 with the # C16400-204 installation kit. The Curt A series uses a unique interlocking jaw system that makes 360° contact with the king pin for a good fit and a very smooth ride.

If you already have a Sidewinder or the OEM Reese Revolution pin box, you could still use it with a stationary hitch. If you have the 8 foot bed, you'd use a stationary hitch, like the Reese M5, part # RP30928. The install kit would be part # RP50064-58.

All the installation bracket kits mentioned above use industry standard bed rails, which are compatible with Draw-Tite, Reese, Curt, Valley, Husky, some Demco and the B&W Patriot hitches.

I'd also recommend an in-bed trailer connector, which can be installed using # C56000.

The Curt # C16418-104 install kit you'd looked at is for an older model Silverado and wouldn't work with your truck.
