I own a 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 6’6” standard box bed with a hijacker ultra slide fifth wheel hitch with bed rails but confused on which brackets fit my vehicle.

What you sent in a picture of is an older Demco Hijacker Premier Series Ultra Slide part # DM6076P-UL-16K so for a rail kit that works with this hitch and your 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 you'd want the part # DM8552027-71. This is a custom install kit for your truck which means it will install in less time and minimize drilling when compared to a universal rail kit.
