auto slide hitch fifth wheel I have a 2017 gmc 1500 and want a your best slider hitch with little play. What is the best quality hitch on the market out there.

If your 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 has the 6-1/2 foot bed, I highly recommend the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550034. This is an excellent, auto-sliding hitch that features a wraparound, single piece jaw. This, along with its 3/4 inch thick, solid steel locking bar will provide for an incredibly secure connection with the trailer, resulting in minimal rattle and superior security. The automatic slider will give you 14 inches of front to back travel and the hitch has a towing capacity of 18,000 pounds.
For a base rail kit that is confirmed to fit your GMC Sierra 1500, I recommend the Demco Above-Bed Rails # DM8552027-71. This kit includes custom brackets that will reduce the need for drilling and drastically cut down on installation time when compared to universal systems.
