yes, the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16420-104 are industry standard rails which is what the RBW Lil Rocker needs to fit. You will not have any issues using the RBW Lil Rocker on these rails. They are designed for a 2003 to 2012 Dodge Ram and Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 series trucks with either the 6' bed or the 8' bed.
