Trailer Hitch for 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8
Question:
Can you tell me what I would need to add a hitch to a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Srt8? I was not able to nail down the actual model on the vehicle and I know the srt8 is a little different. Thanks!

Hey Christy! I can definitely help you get a hitch for your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8. Do you know if your bumper has the removable panel for the hitch? Take a look at the picture below (pictures aren't showing up but you can find it here at this link https://images.etrailer.com/static/images/pics/d/t/dt38mr_2021~jeep~grand_cherokee_8_1000.jpg).
Also, do you know your spare size? If it is 18" or smaller I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT38MR. This hitch sits behind the bumper so it will be completely hidden with the bumper panel in place. If you do not have that removable panel you can use the Draw-Tite # 75699 instead. The cross tube of this hitch will be hidden but the receiver will be visible hanging down below the bumper.
Do you plan on towing? If so, you will also need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C62VR. This will provide you with a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights. For a ball mount, check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
