Hey Joseph! The Thule License Plate Holder for Bike Racks item # TH35JV uses a 4-way connector to power the lights. Since you've got a 7-way there are two options you can use.

If you're going to be using your 7-way connector along with your bike rack you'll want the Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow Trailer Connector Adapter item # HM47570.

If you're just plugging in the license plate bracket you can use the Pollak 7 Pole to 4 Way Connector Adapter item # PK12716.

Both of these will plug into your Pollak 7-way. What kind of bike rack do you have?

I have a Yakima on-ramp xl. I hope the Thule plate holder will stay secure to the square tube on the bike rack. The license plate on my RV is not visible when I carry my bikes. A border agent mentioned this when I crossed into Canada last spring.

@JoeP You might be able to get the straps on the Thule License Plate Holder item # TH35JV to wrap around the square tube on the Yakima OnRamp LX Bike Rack item # Y88DJ but it's designed to attach to the rear most bike frame. If the straps aren't long enough you could use a couple zip ties to secure it to the bike rack.
