I have a tonneau cover on my 2018 Dodge 2500 6.5 bed w/6.4 hemi Can I use the brophy mount over the bed rail my cover will velcro to?

As long as your 2018 Ram 2500 has access to the underside of the bed rails and a minimum of 2" between the lip of the bed rail and side wall the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs - Bed Mount # HSAB will fit.

You're also going to need a set of turnbuckles # TDHP to secure your camper to the tie-downs.
