Expert Reply:
For a weld-on hinge for your utility trailer ramp, the best option is the Butt Hinge w/ Removable Pin - 5" Long x 4-7/8" Wide - 1/2" Pin Diameter # PLR1005. This hinge comes with a removable pin which allows for you to easily mount and remove the ramp when not in use. Since the hinge has no bolt holes, it is perfect for welding applications. Each # PLR1005 comes with a single hinge, so you most likely need additional hinges for your setup depending on the dimensions of your ramp.
I went ahead and attached a demo video that walks you through some of the features.
