Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this weld-on steel barrel hinge. Now this hinge is right at four and three-quarters of an inch long without including that grease cert. If we include the grease cert, we're right about five inches in overall length. Our diameter, right about three quarters of an inch.

Uh, this hinge is gonna provide support along the length of your metal door or gate. It will work for your trailers, barbecue pits, electrical boxes, and machinery doors, as well as other applications. It is a weld-on installation. So it will only work with metal surfaces, um, but that weld on design ensures a nice strong hold for a heavy duty permanent application. Um, this is made of a durable steel construction.

So it will hold up really well for you, It gives you lots of durability. Um, that grease cert on the end is going to make it very easy to get this lubricated. Just hook up the grease gun and give it a squirt, and that will allow the grease to get into that pin so that it's going to be nice and smooth to operate that hinge.
