It is one of the better, metal connectors. But it has some serious setbacks. Screw can strip out that connects the two halves. This same screw goes next to wiring, and it can- with thicker 12awg wiring, shred the wire covering. It has poor instructions. Improvements: Use a small bolt to attach both halves. Not a screw that can easily strip out or cut wiring. Create a video to assist installation.
