There are so many variables involved here, including the size of the bikes, how you want them to sit in the trailer, the weight of the bikes and the geometry of the bike's frames that I couldn't begin to provide you with specifics, but I'd be happy to provide some general information that should prove helpful.
If it were me setting things up, I'd use 2 lengths of e-track like the # E19148 mounted to the trailer floor, but run them in a side to side orientation, instead of lengthwise. Place the front track right under where the bikes handlebars would sit, and the rear track just forward of where the rear bike axle, below where a good tie down spot on the frame would be.
If possible, use as many fasteners as possible (within reason) to attach the e-track to the floor of the trailer, but make sure that some of the fasteners go through the floor and into the structure of the trailer itself, not just the floor boards. If this isn't possible, use some backer plates like # e66RR and through-bolt the e-track for added strength.
To attach the bikes to the e-track, I'd use ratchet straps like # 297-7RSBB-M, two opposing at the front of each bike and two opposing at the rear. Anchor rings like # SLARI would provide a good attachment point for the ratchet straps.
