Curt does make a trailer hitch for the 2019 Toyota RAV4 with part # C13416. The Class III hitch has a 2" receiver tube and does not require drilling for installation. We have had customers submit great reviews about this hitch on their Adventure. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
If you need wiring, I recommend T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56434 which is a plug and play T-connector that plugs into the taillights. The black wire will need to be extended to the Rav4's battery for the powered converter. I have attached an installation video of this as well. The Curt brand wiring has proven to be more reliable and durable than the other brands especially the converters.
If you plan doing some towing you will need a ball mount and for that I recommend checking out the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS10033B. This features a 3" drop/3-1/2" rise which should be perfect for your application but you can check out the linked ball mount article to make sure.
