Are Lippert brake assemblies better then Dexter?

Dexter brand trailer axle components are considered by most people to be the highest quality around. Whenever possible I recommend them over the other brands.

For 12 inch diameter Dexter brake assemblies that are self-adjusting the Dexter kit part # 23-458 for the left hand side and part # 23-459 would be what I'd recommend.
