If you are wanting to go to higher capacity leaf springs I would advise against it. The problem is that since the trailer axle is rated for 3,500 pounds you won't gain any additional capacity by switching to higher capacity springs. What it will do is not allow the suspension to compress as much leading to a very stiff and jarring ride for the trailer and anything in it.

Another problem is that alternate springs may not have the correct measurements and that would mean that the spring hangers would have to be cut of and welded back on in the correct locations by a professional welder.

Right now we have several spring options for 3500 pound axles if you want to replace what you have. Spring # e54SR is a 4-leaf spring measuring 25-1/8 inches from eye center to eye center. Spring # SP-210275 is also a 4-leafer but is 27 inches and is a little shorter at 2-3/4 inches depth as opposed to the 3-1/2 inch depth of SP-e54SR. Spring # e59SR is a 3-leaf option measuring 23-1/8 inches.

@Dirk The closest thing we have to what you're wanting is the 30" 4-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Flat End for 3,700-lb Trailer Axles # e89SR. Aside from that we don't have any other slipper leaf springs near this size so you'll need to reach out to your local trailer shop about a replacement.
