Purchased a 2024 Silverado 3500 set up for 5th wheel with the PUCK connections. My previous truck had ISR rails and the PullRite SuperGlide 5th wheel hitch. The Curt adaptor is the perfect solution to avoid buying a whole new hitch.
The package arrived in good condition and on time. Upon opening the box I was extremely surprised how well it was packed, each corner had a metal bracket, there was a piece of plywood on the bottom and top and foam separating the parts.
The install was fairly easy, read the instructions, Chevy is one way, Ford another. The PUCK locking mechanism make a nice tight connection with very little adjustment needed. The rails fit in nicely and the bolts went in well, torqued as required.
I have not yet attached the PullRite hitch but if it fit the Curt ISR rails on the previous truck it should fit this one. With the Chevy 2500 I had, between the squat and ISR rail setup the 5th wheel was slightly lower in the front. With this Chevy 3500 suspension and the adaptor being about 2" higher I expect the camper to be level or slightly higher in front which works.
Very nice adaptor if you have the need, better than changing out a perfectly good hitch.
This rail adapter work like i wanted it to. Saved us from having to purchase a New 5th hitch

This setup for my hitch works great!
Assembly and setup was super easy and quick. Seems super stout. I was worried the added 2 1/2 inches of height added by this would require some adjustments to the pin box. However once hooking up my trailer, no adjustments were necessary. Trailer is almost spot on level, and I am still maintaining 6.5-7 inches of bed side clearance to the trailer.

After a year of use, I have no complaints. It does its job just fine. I will also add for others in the market, my father and law has a 2025 Sierra 3500 that he upgraded to, and upgraded his standard 5th wheel hitch to a Andersen Ultimate for the factory puck system. I was able to compare side by side the puck style Andersen to the rail Andersenadapter I have. The height of the hitches are the exact same.

Had to replace my vehicle while on vacation. 2020 puck system was different than the 2025 puck system so I had to order a new base. Ordered the new base on a Friday and it was delivered the following Monday. Jacob was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Package while extremely heavy arrived intact. Bolted rails together. Specs very tight on the 4 pins that hold the base to the hitch. Needed a little coaxing to get it pinned. Definitely a two person job. Would use e-trailers again in the future. I needed to move my in-laws 5th wheel trailer and didn’t have a 5th wheel hitch for my 2022 puck system. I wasn’t sure the new adapter would work on a 23 year old DrawTite hitch, It worked perfectly !!

Easy assembly, easy installation , fit perfect, works perfectly. I have only used the hitch once. I don't see any issues going forward with this hitch adapter. Highly recommend it and e-trailer .

Like some other posts, followed instructions to the letter and hitch would not drop into rails. Loosened all the rails bolts, mounted hitch, and re-torqued everything. Puck mounting brackets were just off square a bit and twisted the rails when first installed. Either square ‘em up or alter instructions so it goes in first time. Installed in a 2022 Silverado 2500 6’10” bed. Loved the plan, set the rails first time in a few minutes (instead of waiting in a shop for four hours while someone else did the boring and cutting and such). Hitch has been in two other trucks with conventional rails and always fit. Coulda been a five star, but I am familiar with Curt and feel sure they will get it right.

Still satisfied, still recommend. Easy to move hitch in truck as one unit when I need more of the bed available, no further adjustments needed.
The Curt Adapter Rails were very simple to assemble and fit the truck perfectly. Brandon at etrailer was very helpful in answering my questions on would it fit my 2025 GMC 3500HD AT4, he was also able to tell me that it would work with my Pull Rite 2700 Super Glide hitch.

It was very easy to install and has been installed in my husband's truck with the fifth wheel hitch attached. We have hauled our camper a few times for some longer distances and have had no issues. If you have an older hitch and just need the attachment to swap over to the new "puck" system, I would highly recommend it.

Great product! Easy to install hitch and remove with this adapter. I no longer have to drive around with that heavy 5th wheel hitch in my truck.
Packed well and fit well, wished I would have seen it wouldn’t work with a patriot slider, found out hard way, then I bought a regular patriot base, the thing is noisy stopping and starting as you cannot adjust rails too much slop of the base in rails
Wish I could return it all and just spend the extra money on a b&w puck system
Definitely full fills the need of converting a GM puck mounting system to a previous std 5th wheel rail system mounted hitch. I currently have a Reese 20k 5th wheel hitch which is not compatible with the puck system. This conversion mounting system works well. Expect some additional noises from this until the parts fully mate. Also expect to lower your hitch ( via hitch or pin box) to avoid a nose up attitude on your trailer. Saved purchasing a new hitch, many $ savings. Happy with this piece of equipment ????
It was very easy to assemble and install. Maybe 10 minutes because I had to grab a wrench. It was also in question if it would work with other brands and in my case no problem working with my Reese hitch. It as able to email correspond and have my questions answered very quickly.

Very easy to put together and works exactly as described. I did have to get longer pins to connect my Q24 Slider hitch. I would have preferred to know that up front but not a big deal. Also the outer box and wood was damaged but didn’t scratch any of the contents. I guess thats to be expected as heavy as it is but UPS should be made aware anyway.

Really wanted to give this 5 stars but it appears they didn’t try it with a hitch like mine. The flanges on the cross supports do not allow my hitch to seat down onto the support tubes. Thus the hitch holes will not line up with the tube holes and the pins cannot be inserted. I fixed it by taking a sledge hammer to the ears on my hitch until the holes aligned. I shouldn’t need to do that to something this expensive.

Well built. Using to adapt a Patriot 18k slider to Ford pucks. For this particular hitch, I did have to grind a small slot about 1/3 into the 2 front latching handles to clear a structural hitch component. Not Curt’s fault whatsoever.

Hello to all , I want to give a Big Thank You to Nick for his assistance in my 5th wheel hitch solution with my F-350 it has a overball style in it already....... problem was I already have a curt 5th wheel hitch that would'nt mount up to my truck So maybe a new hitch?? Nick listened to my problem and gave a solution with a Curt assembly that works for my application that work for my F-350 and the hitch I have already.... Installed it no problems and it worked out great for me so far..... Thx again

This rail set is awesome. It was packaged extremely well, went together perfectly and easily. This fit the pucks first time and only required minor adjustments to the castle nuts to snug the fit to the puck. Tip for others, When I put this together I left all the bolts finger tight until it was fitted to the pucks, torqued the bolts to specification and adjusted the castle nuts to snug. Easy. Curt Crosswing hitch dropped right in pins fit with ease.
Installation was easy and simple. Excellent fit in truck bed.
I switched my truck from a RAM 2500 to a F250 and was able to save a significant amount of money by just moving my A16 slider over to this base. Curt has done great work in making it so you do not have to keep buying new heads over an over.

While I used this with the PullRite hitch it worked very well. I have since sold the hitch as the adaptor to buy a a different hitch no longer needing this adaptor. Worked great.
