I seen just the base for the slider...can you send me the number for the 25,000 B & W hitch that slides???

The B and W Companion # BWRVK3305 will fit the OEM rail kit of your 2021 Ford F-350 short bed truck. Now you could run into clearance issues making tight turns though since typically short bed trucks require slider hitches that move back but if the trailer you will be towing has a tapered nose and an extended pin box which is really common you wouldn't need the slider and this hitch would work great.
If you do need the additional clearance you'd want the slider version instead with part # BWRVK3370.
