D Washer for 3,500 lb Hub Assembly Item # 84545BX

I am in need of a Dfoot Spindle Nut Washer to fit a 3,500# axle. I am replacing the hub/drums and idler hubs on my dual axle utility trailer. I have purchased a complete assembly from etrailer.com but I overlooked ordering a spindle washer. When I removed the hubs from my trailer I discovered one wheel was missing its spindle nut washer. The other 3 hubs were found with a Dfoot washer. My question for you is, Will Dfoot Washer for EZ Lube Spindles Item # 5-23 fit my spindle that utilizes Hub Assembly #84545BX? If not, what is the part number I need?

A 3500 lb axle typically has a 1 inch diameter threaded portion. The # 5-23 would be the correct D washer for your application.

You need to replace that hub! Also you will need to inspect the condition of the spindle too for obvious signs of wear. That's a 3,500 lb Dexter Hub so for a replacement you would need the part #84545BX which comes with bearings.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
