Can Offset Ball Be Used With Offset Gooseneck Coupler

Can you combine a 15inch offset gooseneck coupler on trailer with this 4inch OFFSET ball to get enough cab clearance for sharp turns. With just the offset trailer coupler there is not enough clearance to turn.

I spoke with my contact at B&W about the 4 inch offset ball part # BWGNXA4085.
They told me that they do not offer a 15 inch offset coupler so they could not recommend using the 2 together. They did say the Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler, part # BWTEXA4200 would work with the offset ball, but I am unable to guarantee your coupler would work with the # BWGNXA4085.
