What are the dimensions and weight of Thule Hitching Post Bike Carrier, part number TH934XTR?Will it fit in airplane luggage 50 pounds and 62 length width and height luggage?

The Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR weighs 41 pounds (including box). Since you are flying with this bike rack I would assume you will keep it in the box. The dimensions of the box are 39L x 15-1/2W x 10H inches.
Based on the dimensions you provided, you should be well within the guidelines for airline travel. Please note that depending on your airline it could cost more to take it on the plane than to ship it.
The actual bike rack dimensions between rack arms (outside to outside) is 12-3/8 inches, cradle width is 1-1/2 inches and distance from center of hitch pin hole to upright bar of the carrier is 13-1/2 inches.
