All the ST trailer tires we currently offer have a speed rating of 65 mph. Special trailer tires are usually rated to operate at a maximum speed of 65 mph. If you exceed 65 mph, heat could build up in the tire and cause it to break down and fail. If a tire is rated to run at a higher speed, this information should be listed on the trailer's tires sidewall.

The Kenda Bias trailer tire # AM30820 (load range C) and # AM30859 (load range D) are great options and maximum speed rating is 65 mph. The tire size for both of these tires is 5.30 x 12.

I would recommend viewing your trailer plate to see if it recommends a C or D. If it doesn't specify, I would go with the load range D tire because of the added horizontal and sidewall strength with a higher psi rating of 105. Maximum load is 1,250 pounds.

I have included a couple FAQ's and video for you as well.
