On our 2015 f350 one of the hitch puck covers is missing . The top of our covers are round to fit into the trim ring, but the top of your covers are rectangular. do you have puck covers with the round top?

It sounds like you have the OEM 5th wheel prep package in your 2015 Ford F-350. The puck covers or plugs will have to be obtained from a dealer. The Aftermarket version of the underbed system is a little different than the factory one and they do not make those round covers available.
The round cover for the center gooseneck hole # RP30136 might be a fit for the center hole. The inside diameter is 2-3/8 inches and the outer diameter is 3-1/2 inches.
