It sounds like you have Ram's 5th wheel/gooseneck factory prep tow package on your 2016 Ram 2500. If this is the case, then you can use the Replacement Puck Plug Covers # 58199 for the safety chain tie-down holes. These come in pairs and are designed to cover puck openings when you're not towing. Trucks with a gooseneck hitch would use part # RP30136 for covering the center gooseneck hole.
