While there is not a manual or video available for the Kodiak Disc Brake Caliper Rebuild Kit # KDBC225KIT I did find an expanded drawing of the parts of Kodiak Disc Brake Caliper # KDBC225S which should help so you can see how the pieces fit.
The rebuild kit will require you have a 5/16" Allen wrench or 1/2" hex tool and comes with the following parts, which are numbered on the diagram so you can see exactly where they go on the caliper.
- Replacement Stainless Steel Piston # K225PS (Number 2 on the diagram)
- Replacement Rubber Piston Seal # K225S (Number 5 on the diagram)
- Replacement Dust Boot w/ Stainless Steel Core K225BSSI (Number 6 on the diagram)
- 2 Replacement Rubber Bushings # K225RB (Number 4 on the diagram)
- 2 Replacement Guide Bolts # KGBS (Number 8 on the diagram)
