Can you provide hub recommendations both with brakes and without for this timbren off road axle please?

For a brake drum hub, Timbren recommends the # 8-201-9UC3-EZ from Dexter Axle, which features a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt circle. For an idler hub, go with the # AKIHUB-655-6-EZ-K.
Both hubs use the # 25580 inner and # 15123 outer bearing, which is compatible with the spindle used by the Timbren # ASR35HDS02 axle-less suspension you referred to.
If you go with the hub/drum, you'll also need a brake assembly. I recommend going with a Nev-R-Adjust assembly, like # 23-459 for the right side and # 23-458 for the left.
