How to Tow a 2012 Ford Fusion be Behind a Motor Home

I have looked @ these parts to set up the flat tow on my 2012 Ford Fusion. BX2614 TOW PLATE, SM99251 Braking system, BX7302 Tow bar, RM-88400 brake-lite relay kit, and the TM782065 Tail light wiring kit. Is this what I need and is it complete.

We have recently learned that the 2012 Ford Fusion cannot be flat towed with all 4 wheels on the ground. Front wheel drive models can be towed on a tow dolly, such as # RM-2050-1. But all wheel drive models cannot. They would have to be placed on a car trailer.
