Replacement 7-Way trailer connector # 118253 can be used with the 2011 Honda Pilot.

The harness that you have now might not be working if one of the fuses or relays is bad or is not installed in the correct place. It is not likely that a fuse or relay would be bad on a new harness but you can check them. The fuses are easy to check but the relays are harder. Basically the only way to test a relay is to use a known good one in place of a potential bad one.

There could also be additional fuses that were already on the vehicle that are either not present or blown. You would need to consult the vehicle owners manual to find all the fuse and relay locations to check them.
