You will just need to go to the product page for the Replacement Hardware Kit part # RHK, enter the part number c11204 into the part number box and add it to the cart, after purchase we will send you out all of the installation hardware.

I verified with Curt that the #C11204 trailer hitch receiver will fit all styles of the 2005 Honda Civic. Including your special edition. I have attached the installation instructions for you to check out.
