Is there a pintle hook available for FA49-00-5925 the flip ball is useful but I also have a pintle trailer and would rather not have to carry multiple hitches

I recommend using the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-624 as Fastway does not offer a pintle hook for any of their adjustable ball mounts including the Flash Solid Steel HD Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # FA49-00-5925 that you are looking at.
The Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-624 has the same 2-1/2" shank as the Flash and includes both the 2" and 2-5/16" hitch balls that can be flipped for your trailer needs. The Gen-Y comes with a Pintle Lock # 325-GH-062 that will allow for you to tow your pintle trailer without having to change hitches.
There is also the Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-1325 that will help to limit the shock from your trailer that is transferred to your truck. This will have the same dual ball mount with pintle lock that the basic Gen-Y hitch comes with. This hitch will work in both the drop and rise position as well.
