Measuring Harbor Freight Trailer Spindle to Determine if there are Replacement Hubs or Bearings

Question:
I was foolish enough to buy a boat trailer kit from Harbor Freight. The last thing I needed to do after cleaning and re-greasing the bearings was to slide the hub onto the axle. Apparently, the inside diameter of the bearings inner and outer are both the same is too small to slide over the axle. I disassembled the hub, the real seal fit perfect, but non of the bearing would slide onto the axle more than perhaps a millimeter or so, just enough to jam. Are there bearings with the same outside diameter not sure what it is and a larger inside diameter, or another solution

So the bearings that were included with the trailer kit are too small to fit on the spindle? It sounds like they gave you the wrong hubs or bearings and you would need to take it all back or contact the manufacturer for the correct ones.
In order to determine if we have anything that will fit I would need to know the spindle measurements. I have included a picture that shows where to measure. The measurements should be taken using dial or digital calipers.
