Hey Eric,
I believe you were looking at a picture of the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM77VR. This is for the 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave only. If you don't have a Mojave, you'll instead want to consider Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521453-5 which fits the 2023 Gladiator Rubicon with factory steel bumper, Rubicon with factory plastic bumper, and standard Gladiator with factory plastic bumper.
These both fit Roadmaster tow bars that slide into a receiver hitch, such as the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - RV Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-520.
