Hey Wade, welcome back! Yes, you can use SumoSprings along with the Roadmaster Comfort Ride on your 2018 Keystone Alpine 3700FL. Since you have 7k Dexter axles, the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shocks # RM-2460-2570 is the correct kit for your trailer.
For the SumoSprings, you'll need # SS26MV if your leaf springs sit on top of the axles (overslung), or # SS33HR if the leaf springs run under the axles (underslung). The Comfort Ride helps isolate movement between the axles and controls the suspension with the shocks, while the SumoSprings provide additional cushioning and help reduce body roll and side-to-side movement. They work together rather than doing the exact same job.
