can I hook these up to my facory compressor on my 2021 ram mega cab I have factory bags in the back.

The Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs # AL80532 will fit the front coil springs on your 2021 Ram 2500 Mega Cab, but I would not recommend tying them into the factory compressor that operates your rear air suspension. That factory system is designed to control the Ram's original rear air suspension and isn't set up to independently manage an additional set of front air bags.
The # AL80532 includes its own air lines and Schrader valves, so you can inflate the front bags manually as needed. They can be adjusted from 5 psi up to 50 psi. If you'd like to control them from inside the cab, you can also add a separate aftermarket compressor system like Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System # AL25854 specifically for the front bags.
Are you wanting the front bags mainly for extra support from something like a snowplow or bumper/winch setup?

Yes currently I have some after market timberland rubbers and I have such a ruff ride I'm hoping to get a smoother ride when plow is on or off, with out bottoming out the coil spring
