I was wanting to know if the way safe weight distribution hitch WS26WR with a 10 inch can also be flipped upside down to use as a 10 inch rise on my receiver

Thanks for reaching out Jason. Yes, the shank (drawbar) included with the Weigh Safe True Tow Weight Distribution Hitch # WS26WR can be installed in either the drop or rise position. I've included a screenshot from the installation instructions below that specifically confirms this. The # WS26WR is part of Weigh Safe's lightweight weight distribution lineup and is rated for up to 6,000 lbs of gross trailer weight and 600 lbs of tongue weight.
It looks like you may be towing with a 2014 Chevy Silverado. What type of trailer are you towing that requires the additional rise?
