Hey Travis, welcome back! Yes the DeeZee bed mat part # DZ28GJ that you referenced can install over a factory spray in bed liner. Are you trying to keep the spray in bed liner as nice as possible and thats why you want a mat?

Yes it worked on mine. It comes rolled up so you will want to leave it in the hot sun for a bit and then bend it on the end like after carpet is rolled up - after I did that it's awesome. It keeps skis and snow boards and gear from sliding or getting messed up on the coarse bed liner. I would def order again.

I have a rubber mat in each of my trucks they help protect the bed when it’s loaded and the other truck has one to keep the truck slide in camper from moving.

Yes it can. I had my bed custom color sprayed and put this in and then put a camper on top. Its a good layer to protect the camper and the bedliner.
