Will Tire Linc Pro App Display Alerts Through Apple CarPlay With Maps or Spotify Running

2024 Winnebago micro minnie model 1720 Will the Tire Linc pro APP alert through Apple Car Play the status of a deflating tire when the APP is running in the background? Im usually running Spotify or Maps while driving,

Expert Reply:
Hey Kenneth! The Tire Linc Pro # LC77VC requires the app to be running in the foreground for alerts to show up on Apple CarPlay. You will still get the alerts on your phone, and if you're playing music the push notifications will still audibly come through unless you disable them in your settings.
If you would rather have that visual, you can add the LCD Display for Tire Linc Pro # LC27VC or the Lippert Tire Linc 2-1/2" Handheld Display # LC55MP. This does mean another screen up around the windshield/dash but it is the only way around it if you will be running maps or Spotify.

Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated! Love the Micro Mini. We are heading to the Florida Keys in 2 weeks. I know it’s going to be Hot, so I want to make sure I can keep an eye on the tire temp and pressure.
