Video Transcript for Review of Lippert TPMS Sensor - LC67VC

Hi, everyone, Steven here with etrailer. Let's take a look at the Tire Linc Pro TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring System for RVs and trailers. Now, this particular kit's gonna include two tire sensors with the repeater. Now RV TPMS is gonna be a great investment, because it's gonna give you live real-time tracking and instant alerts to help you catch issues before they can become serious problems. And this repeater comes apart just like that. And it goes back together just like that.

Of course, you got your wires for wiring it up. Then you have the two tire-pressure monitors here, replacement gaskets, and locking nuts with the wrench. So that's gonna lock them in place. That way no one can steal them. And then you have this hard plastic tool.

You have two sides to it. One has a bunch of little cutouts there, if you will, and the other side has a deeper one. So the deep side is for helping you put this onto the valve stem once you put that lock nut on there as well to help lock it in place. And then the other side is if you ever have to change out the battery or the gasket, you can do that by simply using that as a tool to grab just that top ring. So it's pretty nice, nice little upgrade as far as TPMS sensors go that I've seen on the market as far as easability and everything.

So a great option for you. Again, this is the two pack. And it's very important to know your tire temperature and your PSI and those kind of things, because it's gonna help detect if you need tire rotations, if you need to stop for an emergency, those kind of things. So it's gonna be great for your campers, motor homes, regular vehicles, everyday use trailers, all kinds of different things that you have that you're towing or driving with. And again, we do carry these in sets of two, four, and six.

And you can also purchase separately an LCD display, and that's gonna give you real-time compatibility and monitoring as well. So again, folks, great for campers, motor homes, RV setups. This is a great option for you. You can use a live tire data through the Apple Car Play and Android Auto as well. Folks, that's gonna wrap up our quick look together. I'm Steve with etrailer. Reach out if you have any questions about this or any other products and have a great day.

  • Can Tire Linc Pro Repeater LC67VC Be Mounted Inside A Battery Box?
Hello CC, thanks for reaching out. Short answer, no, I wouldn’t mount it inside the battery box. The Tire Linc Pro Repeater # LC67VC is supposed to be mounted in a spot that’s as open and unobstructed as possible, ideally in a front compartment with minimal metal around it so the signal can get out cleanly. Metal enclosures like a battery box can block or weaken that signal, which defeats the whole purpose of the repeater. Best move is to mount it just outside the battery box or in a...
