Hello I have a double jet ski trailer that needs an axle. Its about 100 inches long and I believe its 3500 lb. How can I be sure Im ordering the correct axle hub set? Thank you!

Welcome back Frank. The longest axle we have is the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles item # e68GR. It measures 95" from the hub face where the lug studs start to extend. The 95" measurement is not from the ends of the spindles. This axle has spring seats mounted at 80" on center as well. I attached a diagram below so you can see exactly where to take the measurements on your jet ski trailer's axle to ensure you're ordering the correct replacement.

The Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles item # e68GR is a 3,500 lbs capacity axle that fits item # L68149 inner bearing and item # L44649 outer bearing. This is a pretty common spindle size for 3,500 lbs axles in the last 20 or so years. So unless your jet ski trailer is older than that you should be able to reuse your existing hubs.

For hubs that will fit the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles item # e68GR, I recommend the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles item # TRU28AV or the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly item # TRU66AV. Both of these hubs are sold individually and have a 5 on 4-1/2 lug nut pattern.

What are the hub face and spring seat dimensions of your jet ski trailer's axle? If you can go take those measurements and put them where it says Add Comment, I'd be happy to confirm if the item # e68GR is going to work as a replacement or see if we have one that will.
