Thanks for your question, Jerry!
We have just what you need. Since I’m not sure if you need just an idler hub or a hub/drum combo, I’ll include both options for you.
Idler Option: Part # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K
Hub/Drum Option: Part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K
Both are already pre-greased, so that will make installation a little easier.
The bearings used on 3,500 lb axles are the same between the different bolt patterns, so swapping over to a new hub setup like this should be a straightforward process.
Do you already have your new wheels picked out?

Jerry I did my brakes and hubs 2 years ago. Have Dexter axles 3.5k each didn't change the bolt pattern just stuck we original design. The break kts are plug n play, esy to install. The hubs came with prep greased bearings so just slide on and tighten the bearing bolt. Recommend these.
