Hi Steven! The Replacement Thermostat for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners # ADV47QR does connect to the AC with a wire. It looks like you already got the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System # ADV77QR which has the controls built into the air distribution box (ADB).
Unfortunately, a wall thermostat cannot be added to this style of ADB, and Advent Air doesn't offer a non-ducted model with the wall thermostat at this time. The only way to use the thermostat and remote # ADV67QR is with the # ADV24QR which includes the ADB and remote and is designed for a ducted setup.
