Question:
our 2000 Newmar London Aire has a Fantastic 6504414 6WH Vent with wall control. Which upgrade kit would work. I want with thermostat.

Hey Martine! Your Fan-Tastic Vent 6504-414 with the wired wall control uses the high/low style base, so the correct upgrade kit would have been the Fan-Tastic Vent 7350 Series Upgrade Kit 9108870600. Unfortunately, Dometic has discontinued that kit and it is no longer available.
If you're wanting a fan with a thermostat, the best option is a complete replacement. I recommend the MaxxFan Deluxe # MA00-07000K (white) or # MA00-07500K (smoke). These include a built-in thermostat, powered lift, remote control, and an integrated rain cover so you can use the fan even during wet weather.
Where are you headed next with your Newmar London Aire?

The MaxxFan Deluxe is the top-of-the-line in 12V RV fans. The fact that it is bi-directional, has a motorized rain cover, it's thermostatically controlled, and has a remote makes it the cat's meow. Installation was straight forward.
