Will your 2.5" etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar work with a weight distribution hitch?

Hey Greg! The etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar for 2.5" Hitch Receivers # e55YV is not compatible with a weight distribution hitch. This is really the only restriction for our anti-rattle. If you need an anti-rattle for a weight distribution setup, I recommend the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches # RM-062 instead.

Too bad you they say that with the original. The anti-rattle with my Anderson WDH is no better than a $10 anti-rattle device from Amazon. It won’t stay tight for even a whole trip. I wanted to love this but it’s just useless.

@Cal sorry about that, it actually is called out on the product page for the 2" version # e38FV. We have it listed under the notes, and have quite a few Q&A's on it as well. For a WDH setup with a 2" receiver I would recommend the 2" version of the Quiet Hitch # RM-061.
