Parts Needed to Install Redarc Tow Pro Liberty in 2026 Toyota Sienna

Hi there, I am hoping you can help me out. After a lot of research, I decided to go with etrailer and order a bunch of products I need to install a brake controller on my 2026 Sienna. I watched an install video of yours which was very helpful. Unfortunately, after re rewatching the video, I believe a part was incorrectly listed in the video. I ordered that incorrect part. I live in Canada and shipped my package to Washington state where I’ll have to cross the border to pick it up. I was very careful to order the parts listed in the video and will be quite disappointed if they aren’t the correct ones and I’ll have to try and figure it out. Etrailer video 157337. Is you scroll to the time 12:46 you’ll see the brake controller. It has a part number listed of RED24FR. I ordered this part. Unfortunately, after looking closer at the part, I believe its part number RED52VR. I am hoping you could please help me out.

Hey Scott, so you ordered the part # RED24FR which is the Redarc Tow Pro Liberty brake controller without the universal install harness that is needed. So it's not the wrong controller that you would need to exchange but you would also need the universal install harness which is the part # RED69FR as well and with it and everything else you ordered you'd be set. The part # RED52VR is the kit that includes both the controller and the universal harness.
