I ordered SH34ZR. Is there a flat 5 pin that will work with this? I see it comes with 4pin.

There sure is Kathleen. To convert the 4-way to a 5-way on the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # SH34ZR, you'll need the Curt item # C57187.
The Curt item # C57187 is going to plug directly into your Stealth Hitches 4-way connector to provide you with a 5-way connection. The blue wire will connect to your reverse light wire at your tail light utilizing the quick connect supplied with this adapter.
The reverse light circuit of the 5-pin is going to power a surge brake actuator's back up solenoid if you have one. It'll also control the reverse lights on your trailer.
