What are the dimension of the lens and distance between the bolt holes?

Thanks for your question Terry. The Replacement Lens # CE88MR measures 5-1/2 inches wide by 2-7/8 inches tall. The mounting holes are spaced 4-3/4 inches apart, center to center. I've included a graphic below that illustrates these dimensions for reference.

Out of curiosity, what light are you looking to replace the lens on?

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
