The HappiJac Tie-Down System # HSWB is a great, cost effective option and will work for your 2022 Ford F350 Dually and 2005 Eagle Cap 950. It's a proven system that has been used successfully for many years.
That said, with a 2,800 lb camper and your concerns about damages to the F350, I think the TorkLift frame mounted tie downs # TL87DR are the better long term investment. These tie downs bolt directly to the truck's frame instead of relying on the bed and bumper, which helps improve camper stability, reduce sway and minimize stress on the truck bed.
I'd also recommend pairing either system with spring loaded turnbuckles like # TLS9529-2-LK, which absorb road shock and reduce the loads transferred to both the truck and the camper.

Your camper is too heavy for these tie downs. I used them temporarily for a Travel Lite camper (1280 lbs.) I had on my 2024 F350 until Tork Lift made the frame mounts for my pickup. Even with that light camper I had to put straps between the tie downs to prevent them from moving and they will wear your paint inside the box.
