Hello Bart, thanks for reaching out. I can definitely point you in the right direction, but I will need a bit more information on your truck before I can recommend the correct tie downs. Can you please answer the following questions for me?

1. What year is your F350?

2. Are there running boards or steps on the truck? If so are they cab length only? Or do they go from wheel-to-wheel?

3. Do you have a factory installed or aftermarket hitch on the rear? If aftermarket, please tell me the brand.

@BartK Perfect, thanks! You will need the F2032 for the front and F3008 for the rear. We sell these tie downs in a complete kit as part # TL87DR. Sounds like you already have your turnbuckles so this will be all you need. Here is a link to an installation video:

@JesseMthank you! Another question is about airbag suspension. Wich airbags can I use under my new, 2024 Ford F350 dually, long bed. I need them for my slide in truckcamper, Camplite Livinlite 11TC . Weights fully loaded maybe around 4000 lbs. thanks ahead.

@BartK Yes, we do have an air bag kit specifically for the dually model of the 2024 F350. I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL83DQ. They are 7,500 lb capacity air bags which is ideal for trucks that have a constant load in the bed like your Camplite Livinlite 11TC or a salt spreader for example. You also have the option of installing an onboard compressor. For that I recommend the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ. It is fully wireless so everything is controller with either the included remote, or via the Air Lift smartphone app which is definitely my preference since it is so convenient.

@BartK Great question. The adjustability of the air bags is hard to beat. This allows you to fine-tune your suspension for any load. Timbrens work great for a constant load. So if you are hauling your Livinlite camper full-time, Timbrens will do great. Plus they require less install time, and virtually no maintenance over time. The only downside of Timbrens is they can make the ride more rough when you are not towing or hauling anything. For your F350 dually I recommend the # TFRTT350J kit. SumoSprings are a great product for suspension support, and we do offer the # SSR-128-47-2 kit for your truck. These are the 5,000 lb two-piece springs. If your camper were a bit smaller these would be great. To me these are the 3rd choice with air bags being the best option, and Timbrens at a very close 2nd.

@JesseM thank you. I just talked to customerservice to order but your recommended kit is not available at the moment. There is another one TFR350SDJ. This one has a bit more payload. Is there technically a divference? Could that one too? I read about the bed, back of it will rise a bit? I don’t want to higher up my truck ed, it is already high, because my truckcamper won’t reach that high??.

@BartK Oh I should have noticed that the # TFRTT350J kit wasn't available. Sorry about that. The # TFR350SDJ is the standard duty kit vs. the # TFRTT350J being a "severe service" kit. The capacity is slightly higher and the only other noteworthy difference is the shape of the springs. The severe service kit is not necessarily a requirement, and if you need something sooner, the # TFR350SDJ kit is going to work just fine. Timbrens are not going to raise the bed per say, but it will prevent the rear end from sagging, so your ride height may end up being a bit higher than before. They will not lift the bed beyond the factory ride height. Again remember the air bag kit will give you a lot more control over your ride height, whereas the Timbrens have basically only one setting.

@JesseM Hi Jesse, I installed the torklift. It looks very tight to my dually. Is it supposed to fit? If I need more extension? Alternative? I will try this weekend but want to know before I go to the storage. Also confused with the timbren. The mechanic put them on and there is a gap of 2 to 3 inches to the axle? I thought that shoeld be less then 1 inch? Or will my truckbed go down as soon as I put in the truckcamper? Confused and worried about torklift and timbren??

@BartK Yes, they are supposed to fit the dually model. At least there is no mention of the dually being an exclusion for these tie downs. Torklift does make an Anchor Relocation Kit # TLA7004 which is made for dually trucks and helps position the turnbuckles over the fenders. I was not aware of this being needed for the 2024 F350 dually, but they are available if you need them. As far as the Timbrens, there should be a 1/2" to 1-1/2" gap. Is your truck lifted at all? There are spacers for Timbrens but they should not be needed for the # TFR350SDJ kit unless the truck is lifted. Yes, the plow will drop the front of the truck down when you hook it up, but there should still be the 1/2" to 1-1/2" gap without anything hooked up. Please double check and measure the gap and let me know exactly how much it is.

@JesseM Plow will drop the front??????. We are talking about a truckcamper in the truckbed. If it is unloaded we see a gap of more then 3 inches. I will try it loaded on the weekend. In different youtube movies I see there is sometimes more gal then advised 1 tot 1,5 inch. So it it normal unloaded that there is a gap of like 3 inches? The truck is new, XL version and has not been lifted.

@BartK Oh I am sorry I was thinking of Timbrens on the front end not the back. So yes the camper in the bed will lower things a bit but an unloaded gap of more than 3" is way too much. Even with the camper in the bed they may not even contact the axle. You can try it and see but it sounds like spacers may be needed here. The 1/2" to 1-1/2" gap recommendation is straight from Timbren.

@BartK Yes. We have part # TA25723-90AD00 for a 1" spacer or # TA25722-90P00 for a 1/2" spacer. The spacers do not come with longer bolts though, so that is something you will need to source locally.
